Types of holidays & Xperiences
Our Xperiences are divided in 3 main categories:
- Riding Holiday - Centre based accommodation Xperiences
- Trail Ride - On the Go accommodation Xperiences
- Click&Ride - 1 day horse riding Xperiences without accommodation
A riding holiday Xperience can offer horse riding lessons or trail rides or both. Each Xperience contains detailed information about the accommodation and programme outline.
Holiday Board Types
Here's a guide to what each of the board basis options mean:
- Self catering: Meals are not included at your accommodation, but you will be provided with catering facilities in your accommodation to cook light meals.
- Half board: Your breakfast and lunch or evening meal are included at your accommodation.
- Full board: Your breakfast, lunch and evening meals are included at your accommodation.
- All Inclusive: What's included in the All Inclusive package varies depending on where you're staying. To find details on what's included in the Xperience you're interested in, please visit the Xperience page.
*Usually extra beverages are paid separately. In some cases you'll need to pay extra for additional services or activities.
Where can I find the available dates for an Xperience?
The available dates for every Xperience are detailed in the Xperience page. Available dates can be divided in two principal categories:
- All Year Round - You can book your Xperience on any date you wish.
- Fixed Departure Dates - The Xperience has fixed departure dates or is only available during specific months.
General rule All Year Round can be applied to riding holidays and Click&Ride Xperiences and Fixed Departure Dates are usually applied on trail ride Xperiences.

Booking
How do I make a booking?
Choose your Xperience and click the button "Book Now". Fill in the details and review your booking on your booking form page and click "Requeste Booking Quote". Once the reservation has been sent, you'll receive an email with your quote.
How do I pay for my booking?
After we confirm the price of your Xperience, you’ll receive an email to complete your booking and make the payment. We accept all the major payment methods.
Most of our Xperiences can be booked paying only a 10% reservation fee. In this case your booking is confirmed and will be completed after full payment is received. For more details please check the section Book Now, Pay Later on this page.
How can i make a multiple guest booking?
You can set the desired number of guests under the label "Number of Guests" when completing the booking form. You can then enter the details of each guest individually, including bookings with different programmes (ex. Rider and Non Rider - for more info please check the next article "Mixed booking").
Mixed booking
If guests want to enroll on different programmes in the same booking (for example, a family with two riders and one non-rider) just simply chose that option on Guest's details.
Remember you can always change the number of guests on each programme on the booking form.
Single Supplement
Each Xperience offers different booking options. If single supplement is available you are able to select all options in the booking form. Please refer to the previous article for mixed bookings.
Can i add/remove/change my booking?
Once a booking request is submitted it still needs to be confirmed by us. If you need to update your booking please contact us as soon as possible. We are here for you 24/7.
Can i cancel my booking once it has been confirmed?
Please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you’d like to cancel your booking. We’ll make every effort to cancel your booking. In some cases we may not be able to cancel your booking since we book so quickly.

Book Now, Pay Later
How does Book Now, Pay Later works?
With Book Now, Pay Later you have the option of only paying 10% of your booking after your booking is confirmed. Just simply choose that option on your booking form. You can complete your payment at any time as long as it's completed one month prior to your departure date. For more details please click here.
Click&Ride
What is Click&Ride?
With Click&Ride you can book a horse riding Xperience, no more than a day length, with only 24h prior to your Xperience.
Click&Ride is perfect if you are already on vacation or just simply want to go for a ride. In just a click you can find the nearest Xperience available for you and book it. You can choose between hacks, lessons, horse riding baptism, special occasions and much more.
Click&Ride is also awesome if you would like to offer a horse riding Xperience to someone special to you. Just offer them a horseXperiences™ gift card and they can choose from hundreds of Xperiences available.
Booking Click&Ride
Click&Ride can be booked with just one day prior to your Xperience. Payment must be done in full when completing your booking.

How do I create an account?
To create an account click here. Alternatively you have the option to create your account at the end of the checkout process. Its super easy, all you’ll need is your email and a password.
I can´t seem to login into my account. What should I do?
If you happened to forget your password, try the reset password button. You will receive an email with a new one. If that doesn’t work, contact us ASAP and we’ll get you sorted out.
