Overview

This eXperience takes you to a romantic and charming "Cortijo" (traditional rural habitat in the Southern half of Spain) situated only 700m from the unspoiled beaches of El Palmar in the beautiful countryside, just 10 minutes from the typical white Andalucian towns like Conil and Vejer de la Frontera.

Relax and have a swim in the big pool or get active and explore the magnificent area on horseback.

El Palmar is one of the most unique deserted, unspoiled beaches of Andalucia. Ride through fine sand, transparent water and beautiful natural surroundings while enjoying a multicolored sunset on this famous beach rides.

The perfect weekend getaway.

One day is reserved to visit The Royal Spanish Riding School in Jerez de la Frontera.

Accommodation

You can choose between a double room apartment with kitchen or a double room in the tower of the Cortijo.
All bedrooms in the tower are simple but comfortable. The beds are first quality. There is a terrace on the second floor and downstairs a terrace with tables and chairs in the shade where you can enjoy the breakfast or lunch. In the downstairs apartment there is an open kitchen with salon. The garden is 1500m2 with palm trees and olive trees, sun beds and 20m pool with shower. barbecue and washing machine, dishwasher, free WI-FI and television.
At the backdoor of the garden there is an interior sand road that goes directly to the beach.

Meals

Selfcatering.
There are restaurants and ventas nearby and beach bars (chiringuitos) that serve breakfast as well.

Programme Outline

Ride for more than two hours a day.
For three days you do a fabulous two hour beach ride with low tide and a short lesson before riding out. One day is reserved to visit The Royal Spanish Riding School in Jerez de la Frontera.(Available only on Tuesday and Thursday)

Your daily hacks start at the Cortijo and from there you ride through some nice countryside from Mangueta area for about 750m only until arrive El Palmar beach where you ride all the way to and through Mangueta beach ending at Zahora beach.
Once you are near Zahora more experienced riders can do some great canters.

You ride back with the beautiful sunset when go on an evening ride.

Flexible arrival days. We strongly recommend guests to arrive at the farm before 13:00 to make sure you don't lose a riding day.

Price does not include entry tickets for the show at the Royal Spanish Riding School.
