Overview

Welcome to this very exclusive Country House, a beautifully renovated property resting on a hill-top with unobstructed panoramic views from all sides. It is surrounded by twenty-five hectares of land with olive trees, vineyard and an equestrian center. The club is hosted in a 60 acre property with unobstructed panoramic views of the stunning Marche’s countryside and of the historic town of Fermo.

A century-old, beautifully renovated country house stands on a hill-top surrounded by two acres landscaped gardens with infinity pool, Jacuzzi tub, sundecks, gazebo, bbq and al-fresco dining areas.

The equestrian centre focuses on flatwork and showjumping: the lead instructor is an accomplished Belgian rider. It is surrounded by twenty-five hectares of land with olive trees and vineyards and features two sand arenas, a round pen and a club-house. The riding school offers guided trail riding, professional lessons and host world class riders that do monthly clinics. You will ride two times a day providing you a great sport eXperience.

The owners live in the villa and only host one guest party at a time with high standards of hospitality, privacy, quality of service and accommodation in an elegant and sophisticated setting.

The location is secluded and very quiet, though restaurants, beaches and nightlife are at short driving distance. The area has impressive art, architecture, history heritage and deep cultural traditions. Local cuisine, wines and olive oil are among the most valued in Italy. A great choice of restaurants, pubs and live music venues is available within 5 to 15 minutes’ drive time. Fashion designers factory outlets such as Prada, Todd's, Paciotti, Nero Giardini, Lori Blu and many other are within 30 minutes’ drive. Sandy beaches, yacht marina, clay tennis courts and a 9 holes golf course are 15 minutes away. A 18 holes golf course is 45 minutes away.

Accommodation

Stay at the riding club Guest House or at the Country House with landscaped gardens, infinity pool, Jacuzzi tub, sundecks, gazebo, bbq and al-fresco dining areas with fireplaces.There is fully air-conditioned accommodation in a 230 square meters (approximately 2,500 sqft) 3 Bedrooms Duplex, apartment in the Country House and a 140 square meters (approximately 1,500 sqft) 2 Bedrooms Guest House Apartment. Individual double bedroom suites are also available in the Country House. Most rooms have mansard ceiling with reduced clearance on a side, skylight windows and floor-height windows with curtains, blinds and mosquito nets. Daily maid housekeeping, Pool sunbeds and towels. On your spare time you can enjoy the two acres landscaped gardens with infinity pool, Jacuzzi tub, sun decks, gazebo, bbq and al-fresco dining areas.

Meals

You can choose your own regime, whether you want self-catering, half-board (breakfast and lunch) or full board.
All meals served are of the highest quality and a delight to eat. If you choose self-catering or half-board, your hosts can happily suggest and arrange reservations for dinner among a choice of recommended restaurants in the area depending on cuisine, style and budget. Local shops are available at 5 to 10 minutes' driving.

Programme Outline

Day 1
Check-in from 11am Visit to the equestrian centre followed by interview with the Instructor who is an accomplished Belgian rider who speaks English, Italian, German, Dutch and Flemish. Assessing of horses and welcome drinks at the Country House.

Day 2 and 3 or 2 to 6
You will ride twice per day.
During summer months riding will be in the early morning and late afternoon hours.
Breakfast and lunch (when included) served al fresco at the Country House. After riding free time can be spent at the stables and the Club House of the equestrian centre or at the landscaped gardens and infinity pool of the Country House. The Country House is about 300 meters away from the equestrian centre, within the same property. A popular option usually offered is: early continental breakfast at the Guest House before morning riding and served brunch after riding at the Country House gazebo overlooking the pool.
Dinner at the Country House (full board) or among a choice of recommended restaurants in the area depending on cuisine style and budget.
Evening Aperitif served on day 2, 4 and 6 at the Club House.
